We at Primo Healthcare Services, bridge the gap between clients going from hospitals to dialysis centers to finally at their home by providing highly-trained, highly-skilled, competent dialysis care partners to not only assist with the client’s home dialysis, but perform the dialysis from pre-treatment, intra-treatment, and post-treatment.
We Provide Staff-Assisted Home Hemodialysis AND Peritoneal Dialysis.
Home Hemodialysis:
Our trained, competent, and certified dialysis nurses and technicians provide in-home dialysis services for your convenience.
We offer comprehensive hemodialysis care, including connection, monitoring for symptomatic changes and machine alarms, monthly blood and culture draws, NxStage machine maintenance, inventory and supply management, and post-treatment disconnection. We’ve got you covered.
If you need a trained professional for cannulation, we are here to help.
Additionally, if you are a dialysis care partner in need of respite care, we can absolutely assist you.
Home Peritoneal Dialysis:
As you know, dialysis has many modalities, and peritoneal dialysis is one of the home options you can choose. If you or someone you know is currently training for peritoneal dialysis but lacks confidence or would prefer the peace of mind that comes with a trained professional performing the procedure, we are here to support you.
Our trained dialysis nurses can bridge the gap from in-center training to home care. We can handle the connection and disconnection while you use the cycler.
We will come to connect you to the machine, allowing you to rest and sleep for the 8-12 hours required for treatment, and then return to disconnect you from the machine.

- Is your current care partner, spouse, relative, friend, or neighbor in need of a break from dialysis care? We have you covered. Our team can step in whenever needed.
- Travel Buddy:
- Planning a trip, either domestically in the United States or internationally, and want to maintain your dialysis routine without visiting local centers? Our dialysis care partners can travel with you wherever you go.
- Help with Inventory and Supplies:
- Feeling overwhelmed with managing inventory and supply counts for NxStage or your home dialysis soft supplies? We can handle it for you, giving you peace of mind.
- Telehealth Support
- Additional At-Home Labs per Physician Script:
- In addition to monthly or mid-monthly dialysis bloodwork, we also offer at-home lab draws with a physician’s script. If you need lab work from your cardiologist or primary care physician, our mobile phlebotomist can perform the draw for you, given a valid script.
